02/01/2023 at 13:18 - e-Boks is back up and running. You don't need to do anything in Addo as transactions have not been affected. We thank you very much for your patience :)
02/01/2023 at 11:17 - e-Boks has announced that it is experiencing disruptions and is working to resolve them. For our customers, this may mean that documents can temporarily not be accessed, sent to, or signed from within e-Boks. We will update here as soon as we have news from e-Boks. Thank you very much for your patience :)
Workaround:
You can send it to either email or SMS in the meantime. It will be possible to send documents for signature from Addo to e-Boks, which however may only be accessible at a later date if you are affected by the outages
