Addo Sign and Legis 365 integration allow you to have full control over your contract management flow.
In Legis 365 you can send your different contracts for signature. In this article, we will show you how to integrate Legis 365 and Addo Sign.
Step 1 - Set up a Addo Sign account
Step 2 - Activate the integration in Legis 365
Step 1 - Set up a Addo Sign account
You need to start by making sure you have a user/account set up on Addo Sign. You can create an account at the link here.
The user will act as an integration user and all documents sent from Legis 365 will go through this user. This means that information on the user will be included in the invitation messages if you have set up sender information in the messages. We recommend that you set up a user with a common email, or create a universal user.
Step 2 - Activate the integration in Legis 365
To activate the integration in Legis 365, do the following:
- You start by pressing Setup
- Then press Integrations
- The integration will appear on this page under the name Digital Signing - Addo (If, as in the picture, you do not see the integration, please send an email to support@legis365.dk. They will be able to activate the option for you)
- If you have the option to view the integration press the
- It will ask you for your Addo Sign username and Addo Sign password - you need to enter the login information that you have created in Addo Sign
- Once you have done this press Save & Validate
- In addition, you will also need to determine a Addo Sign template that it will use by default for sending the documents. For now, just leave it on the template that is shown. We will in Legis 365 - Setting up and tailor your signing flow so that you don't have to use the default templates.
Congratulations! You have now successfully integrated with Addo Sign, but you're not quite ready to ship yet. See the Legis 365 - Setup article to get ready to send documents.
