09.06.2022 - 08:40 We were made aware at 08:20 that standard users and group administrators do not have the opportunity to view templates on their Visma Addo account. Since they don't have the option to see this, they also don't have the option to send documents to signers who follow the rules in the templates. However, it follows some general rules from a "cult template"
What happens next:
We are in dialogue with our developers about the problem and they will work to find a solution as soon as possible.
When the developers have made a solution, we will communicate back to you.
Unfortunately, we do not know of a workaround at the moment.
