With Addo Sign and Younium integration, it allows you to have full control over your contract management flow.
In Younium you can send your different contracts for signing. In this article, we will show you how to integrate Younium and Addo Sign.

Step 1 - Set up your Addo Sign account
You need to start by making sure you have a user/account set up on Addo Sign. You can create an account at the link here.
The user will act as an integration user and all documents sent from Younium will go through this user. This means that information about the user will be included in the invitation messages if you have set up sender information in the messages. Younium requires that you have set up one user per Younium user in Addo Sign. The integration must be set up per user.
Please note that you must have user rights of Quote User/Sales User in Younium to set up the integration. In Addo Sign it is subordinate to which user rights you have, please see the article about User hierarchy in Visma.
Step 2 - Activate the integration in Younium
To activate the integration in Younium do the following:
- Go to Younium's website and login
- Then press Settings
- On the far right side, there will be a drop-down called Integrations
- Find Addo Sign and tap on it
- Click on GET STARTED - A pop up will appear
- Insert your login information that you have on Addo Sign
- Then press VALIDATE
- You will be greeted by the image below if you have done this correctly
