24/5/2022: 12:30 - The challenges with Nemid Employee Signature have now been resolved and we are back to normal operation.
24/5/2022 09:50 - Unfortunately, there is no new update from our supplier in connection with the challenges we have experienced yesterday and today. We follow up with our supplier and notify when there is any new information or change in the situation.
Potential workaround: As we unfortunately do not know the time horizon for a solution, we recommend our customers to change the signature method to either Nemid Privat, stylus or ok-button. This can be done by clicking on the transaction inside the overview, so that a pop-up with additional information appears. Here you can change the signature method as seen in the image below:
23/5/22 13:00: Our supplier is experiencing issues, which are causing issues with signing with NemID Employee. We will update you again as soon as we have news from our supplier.
