Once you have activated the integration and set up your templates, etc., you are ready to send a document for signing to a signer with Visma e-conomic.
Visma e-conomic has made it easy for users to send a document for signature. However, you should be aware that you can only send one document to one signer if you resend Visma e-conomic:
You need to do the following to send a document for signing:
- Fill in the signer's name
- Put in the mail of the signer
- Upload a PDF document
- Choose a signing template
Finally, press Send for signing.
When you are a Visma e-conomic customer, you can also use Addo Sign as a stand-alone product. Here you can use all the features Addo Sign has to offer, and you are not limited to sending a document to a recipient.
