Why do I get the error?
The error message pops up because you have selected I must sign the document without adding other signatories. This function is intended as a shortcut for multiple signatories so that you can quickly add yourself. However, it is not intended to be used as the only signer.
- "I must sign the document" is selected, but no other signer(s) have been added
If you need to sign the document yourself as the only signer, then you need to add yourself as a signer. You do this as shown below:
- Select add signer
- Enter your information
- Select add
You can now go ahead and get your document signed.
