In Visma Case they offer to send documents for signature through Addo Sign, but before you can send documents you need to have set up in account and signing templates. Visma Case retrieves all information about the signing from Addo Sign.
After you have activated the integration, you need to set up your account in Addo Sign so that you can tailor your signatory's signing process, as well as set up message texts, logos, sender distribution, etc. In the article, we have prepared a checklist where you can check whether you have set up and inserted the various information so that you are ready to send:
When creating the templates for use in Vimsa Case, please be aware that Visma Case does not support all the features we offer on the templates in Addo Sign. This article will address which features can and cannot be used when sending from Visma Case.

Visma IMS will support sending documents through IMS DigitalPost Cloud to Digital Post for signing by mid 2022 (IMS DigitalPost Cloud will use Addo Sign as integration for the signature process). At present, it is not possible to send documents to be signed through the IMS DigitalPost Cloud, but this is coming. If you want the documents signed, you now have to send through Visma Addo stand-alone, and then upload to Visma Case or IMS DigitalPost Cloud.
Please read the Visma IMS guide on sending through the IMS DigitalPost Cloud platform

Simpel and advanced signingflow
Simple signing flow is the only one that can be used in Visma Case. You must therefore make sure that you have selected "Simple".
Documents
You cannot put documents on the template, as you decide which documents to send for signature and attachments in Visma Case. Read the article Vimsa Case - How to send to find out how to do it.
Signers
Visma Case supports this option, but the signers are not displayed in Visma Case's sending function. You should therefore be aware of this. If you have chosen the signer to sign first or last, the order will appear.
Design
Remember to insert your logo under Design in the templates or on the account, so that your logos appear in the transactions. Read the Design Settings article to see how to do this.
