You have the option to place signatures. To activate this feature, follow this guide.
Setup
- Press the cogwheel
- Press Templates
- Select the template you want the feature to be activated
- Under Additional options - make sure to tick on Can place signature of signer in document
- Remember to save the template
You have now enabled the ability to place signatures on the document!
Execution
You need to select the template on the Send page. A new function called Place signatures will now appear (it is just below Add document). To place the signatures on the documents do the following:
- Add document
- Then press Place signatures
It will now take you to the page where you can place the signatures. - Place your signatures:
- In the top left corner under Choose document you can choose between the different documents to be signed.
- Just below, you can then see the pages that are included in the document. You click on the pages to move to the next page.
- In the middle there will be two options called Signature and Date of Signing. You can then "Drag and Drop" where you want them on the page.
- A window will appear on the far right where you can choose from your signers. The name will also appear on the "Drag-and-Drop"
- Press Save - the changes will be implemented on the documents
- When you are satisfied, send the transaction
End product
Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a signed document as you know it, but also with the signers signatures placed on the relevant pages. If you hover over the signature, the name of the signer will appear.
