This article will show how to send documents for digital signature in TendSign.
The first step is to start the signing by pressing the button "Opprett ny signering"
This will create a draft with an automate generated name based on the referenenumber and the name of the deal - you are of course able to change this.
You are also able to decide how the signers are going to sign the document before you attach the document(s).
It is hereafter possible to select filetype on whether the signature are public or internal. The documents included in transaction is chosen here as well.
The next step is to add the signer(s). If the signer already have a user in TendSign it will be possible to search and add the person with "Legg til mottaker fra TendSign".
When you find the person you wish to add you simply press the icon showed below.
If the signer doesn't have an existing user in TendSign the signer can be added by pressing "Legg til mottaker med navn og e-postadresse"
You can add as many persons as you wish.
The final step is to add comments, if needed and/or just send the transaction.
The transaction is now ready to be send to the signers which will receive a notification.
