We are experiencing challenges with transactions that have the status "distribution". This is a status between signed and completed when the transaction has been signed and Addo is distributing the documents. We are working to get it resolved as soon as possible so that the signed documents are sent to both you as customers and the signatory.
We will continuously update on this page.
A workaround to obtain the signed documents is to reactivate the transaction to Active. With this, the transaction will reactivate itself.
