Step 1: Initiate process with signature.
On the page with personal data in CUBES HR, you will find an overview of documents associated with the employee. In this example, it is an employment contract that we want to send for signature. Check the document you want to sign with Addo Sign and click on the 'Sign' button.
A page with the option to select different settings for the digital signature in Addo Sign is displayed.
Select template (eg E-mail / web signature as in this example, or eg E-mail / NemID). Click on 'Start' to start the electronic signature in Addo Sign. Choose which employee will sign the document digitally.
Step 2: Sign in Addo Sign.
Addo Sign now sends an email to the employee who has to sign digitally. By clicking on the link in the email from Addo Sign, the signer now has the opportunity to review the document, and the signing process ends with the signer being able to sign digitally. In the example below, we have selected ‘Email / web signature’. The signature is completed by clicking on the 'Approve' button.
Step 3: The signed document is now in CUBES HR.
In the overview of the employee's information, it now appears that the document has been signed electronically (the symbol is framed in red).
