The integration between Epos HR and Addo Sign makes it possible for documents - e.g. employment contracts - to be created, sent and digitally signed and lastly uploaded to the Employee folder in Epos HR.
To create the integration, you have to create a case with Azets, as they then will set up your company account.
The proces in Word
Once the Word document is merged from Epos HR, it can be edited in Word before being sent for signature in Addo via the installed Addo printer driver.
Sending is done via the “Addo” tab in Word and press the “Send” button:
In the following window, answer "Yes" to the question about custom settings:
The document is then ready for dispatch in Addo, which opens
automatically (login may be required), where the notification method etc. is selected,
before the document is sent for digital signature:
Transaction overview and status
An overview of the documents that have been sent for signature and possibly transaction status can be seen in Addo. You must therefore log in to Addo to see the status of the documents, edit or cancel. It is possible to add a direct link from Epos HR to Addo via a separate menu item. (set up by Azets).
Return of the signed document
Once the document has been signed by all parties, the document gets the status of “Completed” in Addo. Via a web service, Epos HR will at 1 hour intervals import the documents that have been “Completed” to a specific folder in the employee folder. The document will also appear in the System Log in Epos HR.
It is advantageous to create an event email that is sent when a new,
the signed document is imported into Epos HR. (Contact Azets on 43627474, or epos.support@azets.com)
Note!
If you choose more than one employee to merge into Word, then only one document is created on several pages with all the selected employees. This Word document can NOT be split up when sent to Addo Sign.
If you want to merge into Word and send for signature in Addo Sign, then only one employee must be selected.
