Secure file transfer, Google Drive integration and improved mail merge
Secure File Transfer
As a sender, you can now send files to receivers in a secure way. The files do not have to be signed, they can be any format with a maximum size of 10 MB.
The receiver has to verify his or her identity, before downloading the file. You choose the method of identification: Two factor authentication or one of the national digital identification services (NemID, BankID, etc.).
You will be notified, when the file has been downloaded.
Google File Integration
You can now receive the signed documents directly in your Google Drive. The integration is activated in your profile settings. Visma Addo automatically creates a folder on your Google Drive named “Visma Addo”.
This can save a lot of time and a full e-mail inbox.
The setting is only for the individual user profile, not all profiles of your company.
Improved Mail Merge
It can be challenging to set up a mail merge - even with Visma Addo. Small errors like an empty cell or an invalid separator often halts the proces.
In this version, we have made it easier to find the errors due to much more specific error messages. This will save you time and effort when mail merging.
