We’ve seen more customer experiencing issues regarding payment in Visma Addo.
This is because our payment distributor is having some issues regarding 3DSecure, which have been implemented by EU law. (An EU law from 01.01.2021 stated that all European banking and payment distributing companies should support 3D-Secure payments)
The issue does not happen with every payment but with some of them using 3DSecure.
3D Secure payments are payments with a 2 factor identification system, where you identify yourself with an eID or a SMS code, sent to your phone.
With this said, we're working on implementing a new payment distributor for our system and were aware that this problem exist.
Therefore we would help customers with acquiring credits, by giving the possibility to request an invoice from 100 credits and up.
Current limit in Visma Addo is from 500 credits.
If you experience this issue, please write to our support, as we will give you the requested credits and send you an invoice instead.
