This article will show how to send documents for signature via Visma EasyCruit.
We will review the flow of how to create and send documents for signature. Furthermore, we will cover how to get them delivered to Visma HR if this transaction is set up.

Create contracts for signing
To create contracts in Easycruit, you need to do the following:
- Go to settings and choose Ansættelseskontrakter
- Click on Ny kontrakt, if you want to create a new contract (See picture for example)
Send contract for signing
To use these contracts, you must:
- Open the candidate to receive an employment contract and select Videre behandling
- Click Udfør
- Choos the desired contract and press Næste
- Fill out the missing information and press Næste
- Above is the contract. Then click on Forhåndsvisning
- Once the preview is on the screen, the Addo Sign Printer must be used to send the contract to the recipient.
- While the preview of the contract is open, key CTRL+P and on the next screen select the Addo printer
- Choose a template under Udsendelseskabelon and add our recipient(s). After that press Send
The contract has now been sent.
Visma HR integration
If you have set up a Visma HR integration, the documents will be automatically distributed to Visma HR in the employee's document folder. See how to do it:
Remember! Visma HR must be set up and sender distribution must be set to Visma HR
- Choose a template under Udsendelseskabelon and add our recipient(s). After that press Send
- Fill out the employee number and press OK
The document is now sent for signature through Addo Sign and will be delivered to Visma HR under the person concerned with the employee number provided. You can confirm that the shipment has gone through if you receive these emails from the contact person's email (the person who helped set up the Visma HR integration).
