Just like a normal signing with Addo, Secure file transfer have a key element in templates. By setting up the necessary templates, errors can be avoided and time can be saved.

In order to create a signing template for SFT, go to your addo settings and click templates. You should now have a view like the picture below. Any signing template connected to your account will be viewable from these lists divided in a catagory for each addo functionality.

For creating a new SFT template click the button on the bottom right named "Secure file transfer template". In the next picture we see the top of the template section, this is where we choose how to handle the transactions using this template. The first box chooses how we send the link for downloading the files. The next box is how we want the receiver to identify themselves in order to access and download the files. For the last option we get to pick how or if the receiver should enter an additional password before downloading the documents. 

The next section in the SFT template is how to handle the messages to the receiver.
First part of this section is regarding the general information in the emails. In here we have the option to choose which informations we want included, and the language of the same information.

If we're satisfyied with the information in the mails, the next step is to write the messages in the invitation and reminders. Within these messages it's possible to provide a parameter for specific information that could be included, like the recipients name. Parameters can be accessed from the drop-down list above the message box.

There's a few options left to mention at the very bottom of the template page. Simple questions is a way for the sender to ask a question or for a file after the receiver downloaded the files. You can choose to not finish the transaction unless the receiving party have answered the questions. 

"Signing Completed Page" is yet another message you can string together, with the exception that this message is shown after the files have been downloaded and the questions answered, if any have been provided.

The last two options provided for the template is the possibility to attach documents or recipients to the template. This means whenever this template is chosen these people and files will automatically be sat up with the transaction.
