We have noticed that our customers send larger and larger documents through Visma Addo and this of course, has an impact on how the experience with our platform is.
The size of the documents signed through Visma Addo can "fail" in the distribution, if the file size is too large, as the majority of mailboxes: Google, outlook etc. cannot receive files over 20 MB or 25 MB
I can happily tell you that a transaction that has "failed" even though everyone has signed, has not failed but it is only the distribution that has failed and therefore you still have access to download the signed document, from within VismaAddo.net.
We are already looking at a solution to this inconvenience which means that you get the opportunity to be sent a link to your email, which allows you to download the file, instead of having sent the file itself.
Unfortunately, it takes some time to make this change in our system and therefore we thank you for your patience while we make this change, as we are sure that it will provide a better experience with Visma Addo in the future!
Workaround
To download the affected documents, you can go in the overview -> press the transaction so that the pop-up appears -> press documents -> download all documents
