Visma Addo is compatible with SuperOffice. This means that you can send out documents for signing directly from your SuperOffice account via the Visma Addo SuperOffice plugin.
How to install it
You will find the plugin in SuperOffice's App Store by searching for ”Visma Addo” or by clicking here.
This account will be linked to your SuperOffice account. To use another Visma Addo account, uninstall the plugin, reinstall it, and log in with the other Visma Addo user. When the Visma Addo application is installed in SuperOffice, a tenant is created to which the account is linked. The person who creates this, is the administrator and will therefore have access and insight into all transactions on the account.
Therefore, it is recommended that the tenant who is created is either a person who in the future is going to be an administrator or simply created as a company account that is not personal.
Rights and hierarchy
There are different types of users in Visma Addo, of which the aforementioned administrator is the top link in the hierarchy. As an administrator, you have, as mentioned, access to all transactions in the account. It is thus the administrator who handles credits and the company's various settings. It is also the administrator who can change roles for the other users. Multiple administrators can be on the same account.
If the account has several groups, the group administrator will be second most in the hierarchy. The group administrator has fewer rights than an administrator because they manage groups on one account, instead of the entire account. When creating a group, individuals are added and then group administrator rights can be granted to one or more of those added. As a group administrator, you can view all transactions in that group, and you can create or edit templates created in the same group. Unlike an administrator, it is not possible for group administrators to add new users to the account or change the account settings.
At the bottom of the hierarchy is the standard user, who only needs to be able to send documents for signature or use the other functions Addo offers, but does not need to create templates or make other administrative choices for the account. This type of user is the most used for the vast majority of people who use Addo. If a standard user is added to a group, that user will only be able to see the transactions that belong to the group, or use templates that belong to the same group. It is possible to be added to multiple groups as the default user.
Below is a visual presentation of the hierarchy of the various Visma Addo users.
Note! It must be a user who has administrator permissions in both SuperOffice and Visma Addo who installs it
