How to get signed documents delivered to your shared e-mail address
To have the signed documents delivered to your shared e-mail, you have to add this to the relevant signing templates.
- Create a new template or select a template to edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom and find Sender distribution methods.
- When it's opened, you should be able to see a field called Shared e-mail

3. Check the Shared e-mail option
And that's it! Now everytime that this template is used and the transaction gets completed, all documents will get delivered to your shared e-mail address.
