When working with Addo Forms it is by default send via mail to a single respondent and one or multiple signers. When public links is enabled on a Form template, instead of sending an invitation to a specific respondent, you will be provided with a link that you can post on a webside or send to whoever you need to fill the Form.
Transactions made with public links
Creating a transaction of any sort usually happens when you chose to send documents or a Form using a template in the Send tab in Addo. When we're handling a Form with public links the transaction is instead created when the Form have been filled and signed. This means the signee is responsible for creating a transaction, which can be important to note since anyone with the link can create and spend credits on your Addo account.
Creating a public link
Enabling a public link to a Form template is a single checkbox at the bottom of the template. When checked, the link will be provided in your template overview.
In the second picture there are 2 different templates added, one with and one without public links enabled. Both templates and be send with Addo, but only the second template provides you with a link.
