As a company, you may need to create multiple users to your account. This guide will guide you through creating and managing the users attached to your account in Visma Addo.
Note: Only an administrator of a Visma Addo can add and manage other users.
Creating a New User
Visma Addo allows you to have multiple users on the same account.
- Click on Account setting in the top right menu and the Select Users in the menu to the left. To your right, you will see the full list of users, their name, email, role, and status.
- Click on the green button Add new user.
- Enter the name and e-mail of the new user, the phone number is optional. Then choose what role (see role description below) the new user should have and in which language they should use Visma Addo.
- Click Save to save the user.
Note: The e-mail address will be the users' log-in username.
User Roles in Visma Addo
As an administrator user in Visma Addo you can choose from three types of roles a new user should have. Read about these below. For more detailed information read this article about user hierarchy in Visma Addo here.
- Standard User (Basic)
See own documents sent to signing in the signing overview, including their status
Send documents for signature
- Group Administrator
Create and maintain templates for a group.
- Administrator
Create and manage all users.
Create and manage user groups.
Buy credits to the account
Create and manage templates.
Edit an Existing User
If you want to edit in either the contact information, status or role of an existing user you can easily do so.
- Click on the user in the list you wish to edit.
- Edit the information you want to edit. You can edit the contact information, the role, the language or if the user is assigned to any groups.
- Click Save to save the changes.
When editing a user you can also do the following.
- Deactivate user
Click Deactivate and the user can no longer use the Visma Addo account. The account can later be reactivated if needed - Delete user
Click Delete and user will be deleted. This action can not be undone. - Reset password
If the user for some reason needs a new password. Click Reset password. The user will then receive an email with a link where they can choose their new password.
