You can find the templates under settings and the Templates tab.
As an administrator of an account, you can divide the members into groups that belong to different departments (eg Accounting, Sales, Managers). Dividing your account into groups will limit accessability for the individual user, among other things templates. By creating a group for your members, a template group will also be created. People in this group will only have access to the templates located in the same template group.
The template overview is divided into two places, first in which template type you want to access (Document signatures, secure file transfers, or Addo Forms), then they are divided into groups. The image below shows Default and test1 as the two groups on the account.
To create a signing template, click on one of the 3 buttons at the bottom right. Since there are 3 different places we use signing templates, there are therefore also 3 different template types. Therefore, select the type you want to create.
