In the Address book, you can use the function 'Import contacts' to import many contacts at once.
First, you need to create a CSV file with the contact information you want to import.
You can create your own CSV file and follow the format below or you can download the 'ImportContactsTemlate.csv' file and use that as a template.
Either way, in column A1 you have to write:
Name,Title,Email,Phone,Cvr |
Now for each contact, you follow the format above.
(Cvr = VAT Number)

If you don't have all the information for a contact, you can leave it empty:
(Missing Email and VAT Number)

When you are done filling contact information in, you can save and select your CSV file by clicking 'Import Contacts'.
To ensure special characters as, for instance, Æ, Ø and Å are included and properly shown in your merge document, and in general your uploaded CSV file, you must convert your CSV file into an UTF-8 format. Click here to read more.
