Choose how signed documents should be sent to your company. You will find the distribution settings if you:
- Click on Account setting in the top right menu and the Select Document distribution in the menu to the left.
- On your right, you can change the settings.
- Select how the signed documents should be distributed. Here you can choose between sender's email, eBoks.dk, Google Drive or a shared e-mail. As a standard Visma Addo distributes signed documents via e-mail.
- Click Save to save the settings
Note: Only the administrators of your account have permissions to edit distribution settings.
If you use Visma Addo from SuperOffice CRM or Visma Case, you can change the settings so Visma Addo will distribute signed documents directly to SuperOffice CRM or Visma Case. For adding more options go to Integrations.
If you have integrated Visma Addo with a third party system, you can also set Visma Addo to call your web service when a signing is completed. Just enter the web address' (URL) of the web service in the field.
This means that signed documents will be distributed to these programs and not via e-mails.
