Security setting
The security settings provide you with options on how the password requirements for a document should be. To access the security settings you:
- Click on Account setting in the top right menu and select Security in the menu to the left.
- At the right, you can choose the password requirements for each user's password. You can choose between standard or high security settings.
Standard requirements for passwords
- Minimum 8 characters
- Not include same character three times in a row.
High requirements for passwords
- Minimum 8 characters
- Not include same character three times in a row
- Password must be changed every 90 days
- Password must include digits and upper and lower case letters
- The past 8 passwords can't be reused.
Note: Only the administrators of your account have permissions to edit the security settings.
