Under settings, you may have discovered a tab called “Subaccounts”. But what is a sub account?
A sub-account is an account that is attached to a main account, it uses the same credits that are available on the main account, but it does not have the option to add credits itself. A sub-account will look like a main account and visually there is no difference.
A sub-account can be used to divide a company Addo account into departments, it can be useful if you want administrators across departments, or that only certain users buy credits. In addition, it is possible to have your own logo on a sub-account.
The administrators of the main account can access sub-accounts with the same login email.
Users on a sub-account only have access to the sub-account they are associated with.
