Much like Addo's singing templates, form templates make a basic structure for your forms that can be modified slightly before sending, to fit the individual respondent. Unlike signing templates, Addo Forms does not come with any out-of-the-box templates, since every form is made to fit unique requirements. To make a template, go to Account settings › Addo Forms
Logo
Every form is given the logo you have set under "Account settings › Design". If none is chosen, Visma Addo's logo is used.
Template name
You must give the form a name, so you can recognize it when you need to use it. This name is only displayed in WebAdmin and is never shown to the respondent, so you can call it whatever you need.
Title and introduction
Every form must have a title, so the respondent knows what the form is for. The introduction allows you to enter a short descriptive paragraph about the form, but since the form may be self-explanatory this is optional. If you do not fill out the introduction, it will not be shown in the finished form, and it will not leave an empty space.
Sections
Sections allow you to divide the questions in your form into blocks if needed. A section can contain as many questions as needed. You can also add multiple titles and paragraphs to sections, and these can be interwoven with questions as needed.
