Since our Issue the 8th of July, we've seen that some e-mails are delayed due to the changes we made, to make the system fully operational.
All of our transactions will be sent and recieved successfully, but the distribution of aprox. 2% of our transactions seems to be delayed. The delay can be up to 24 hours.
We take this very seriously and due to this inconvenience, we will be migrating to another mail-server the upcoming week, to resolve this incident.

We have found a possible way to route our sending of mails, through a trusted mail server. The action of routing mail trough another mail server will be implemented on monday and we expect this to resolve the delay of outgoing mails from our site.

We're currently awaiting our mail supplier to assist with the set-up of the new account.
It seems that we have our settings and configurations ready but we're currently awaiting the supplier for the final touches.

we currently have the new mail server up and running in our demo environment, but we still see some difficulties when delievering to Microsoft domains. The testing and configuration will be ongoing untill there's no errors, after this we will implement the new mail server.

We still encounter difficulties when sending to some outlook mail adresses, which we're currently investigating before implementing new mail server.

The new mail server has now been testet, a lot, and show no significant errors. There are still minor ajustments before we can implement the server.

We're currently running on the new mail server and we're not seeing any major issues, but theres still a small delay on delieveries to Microsoft mail servers(up to 1 hour). We still need to make some configurations to make this service run as smoothly as possible.
Additional info: we're currently also investigating how we can resend "failed" "signing failed!" "distributed" and "expired" transactions due to this error.

We have now made some of the last configurations to the new mail server and we now see stable operation without any delay.
Please go through your previous transaction to see which has failed, or haven't reached the reciever/you. If the transaction has failed, we would recommend you to redistribute the failed transactions.
Transactions send by SMS are not delayed and can be a possible workaround, untill we solve this issue.
