When a signer receives an invitation to sign a document(s) in Visma Addo they have the option to ”Sign Document” or ”Reject document”.
What does it mean and what happens if the document is rejected?
A signer has the option to reject the document if she/he for some reason don't want to sign or discover an error in the document etc.
If a signer rejects a document sent for signing, the whole transaction including all other signatures from possible other signers gets status ”Rejected”. As a consequence, it will no longer be possible to complete the transaction and the sender will need to create a new transaction for the documents to be signed.
It will not be possible to reactivate a transaction that has been rejected. This is a part of both ”Simple flow” and ”Advanced flow”.
