The signing overview provides us with different statuses. Below we will explain the 10 different status you can experience in Visma Addo.
Created: The created status is set when you are using a web service, where one can choose when to start the signing. Before that date, the status is created.
Pending: Pending is a status that only is given to a transaction with signers who has to sign the document in a specific order. When a signer is waiting for another signer to sign, the status is pending.
Started: As soon as you have sent the document(s) to the signer(s). The status started is shown.
Signed: The signed status is shown when one of the signers has signed the document(s).
Note! It is only available if the transaction contains more signers.
Distributed: The distributed status is a status between signed and completed. when all documents and transactions are finished, and before sending distribution email.
Note! If the status does not change from distributed to complete, please contact our support with the transaction ID.
Completed: All documents have been signed by all signers. And the transaction is now completed.
Expired: The status expired informs you that the transaction has expired. If a transaction is expired, you are able to reactivate the transaction.
Note! It is only possible to reactivate the signing the first 10 days after the transaction is expired.
Cancelled: A cancellation can only be made by the sender. This status is shown if the sender has aborted the signing. Once a transaction has been cancelled by the sender it is not possible to reactivate the transaction.
Data collecting: This status is only shown if it is a data campaign, this status is shown before the campaign starts.
Rejected: This status is shown if the signer has rejected the transaction. The signer is required to write a reason for the rejection, which the sender will receive. If the transaction contains more signers, they will all have the status rejected.
Failed: If the status is failed, something unexpected has happened. An example could be bounce emails. If you receive a failed status you should contact us with the transaction ID, and we can inform you why the transaction fails.
