Due to security standards in Visma Addo, it is not possible to remove a signer or a document in a transaction that has already been started. That means you have to cancel and start a new transaction to complete the signing process if you want to remove a signer or a document in a transaction. Read more about security and privacy here.
When a transactions has status ”Started” it is possible to change some pieces of information about the signer e.g. email address, name and signing method. Go to the overview and click on the transaction you wish to change.
