We have now patched our plugin and integration, so Addo and SuperOffice can communicate again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Several factors resulted in a fail.
1. Visma Addo did not receive an e-mail about planned changes at SuperOffice, as we had neglected to update our contact details. The contact was a programmer who has not worked in our team for years.
2. Very little documentation existed for the SuperOffice plugin, and our team has worked hard to figure out and fix something we knew little about.
So, our current SuperOffice integration is clearly showing its age. This incident has given higher priority to the development of a new and improved SuperOffice integration, planned for release later this year. We would like to work closely with the customers that use SuperOffice to understand what you need from an integration with Addo, and will be contacting some of you in the near future.
