Visma Addo has onboarded a lot of new customers over the past 2 months, and this has increased the load on our servers and database.
Steps are being taken to optimise the way the Addo's overview-page loads, and solutions have been found. Before a change is published, we must test it thoroughly. A patch addressing the issue will be released as soon as possible, and is expected within the next 14 days.
What you can do for now
If possible, we suggest that you use the "filters" icon in the bottom-right corner of the transaction overview, to hide any columns that are not essential for your work process. Once the patch has been released, you can reset the filters.
