Addo Forms is currently limited to simple tasks, but we have many features planned for future releases.
Future question types:
Checkboxes: Let your respondents select multiple answers to a single question.
File upload: Let your respondents attach images and documents when filling out a form
Date picker: Ensure that your respondent answers questions about date and time using a predictable and correct format, and limit the first/last possible date.
Date-range picker: Questions can be answered using a start- and end-date, both can have a limited range.
Answer triggers: If a certain checkbox or radio button is selected by the respondent, show another question, a message, or skip to the end of the form.
Validation before accessing the form: The respondent can be asked to validate their identity before accessing the form, in case it contains sensitive information. Our plan is to ensure this validation does not need to be repeated when signing.
Respondent fields: Add special fields like name, title, e-mail, CPR, CVR, Phone number etc. that will be automatically pre-filled with data from each respondent you added, before sending.
Rearrange sections: Move entire sections and their contents up or down in the form.
Rearrange questions: Move the contents of a section up or down.
XML output: When forms are completed and signed, the data entered by the respondent is output as XML and sent to a chosen distribution/integration method like SFTP or API.
Public links: Create forms that can be accesses via a simple link, instead ofsending to specified respondents.
Multiple respondents: Add more than one respondent or import a list of respondents via a CSV file.
