If a user of your Visma Addo account needs a new password, you can easily reset the password for any given user.
Note: Only administrators of a Visma Addo account can reset passwords.
Reset user password
Find the user which password needs to be reset
Click Reset password
The user will then receive an email with a link to where they can reset their password. Here they will be asked to type in a new password of their choice and then repeat the password. The requirements for the password will be shown.
