Add recipients to address book
When you create a new document for signing you can easily save the appended signer as a contact for later use. In order to do so, you click “save in address book”. In this way, you can always easily and quickly find a specific contact in the future. Additionally, you only have to fill out the contact’s information once and then save it in the address book for later use.
Create groups for users
If you are a lot of users in Visma Addo, as the administrator you have the opportunity to classify the users into groups, for example HR. You add a group by creating a group name and a group description. Next you assign users to the group. In this way, the defined user group have their own templates and predefined settings.
Create specific templates for groups
As an administrator you can easily create templates to a specific user group. In the bottom of your template overview you will see your created groups. Here you have the opportunity to create new templates which are only available to a specific group. In this way, the members of the specific group can easily access relevant templates when creating documents for signing.
We have improved a number of functions in Visma Addo:
- You can now add contacts to your address book through Addo Print
- If you are merging documents through Visma Addo you now have the opportunity to specify data separators like “;” and “,”
- You can now get a validation on Personal Identification Number when signing with Norwegian BankID
- Addo Print now also supports Citrix
