Notification email if recipient adds a comment to document
If the recipients have the opportunity to add a comment to the signing document, you will now receive a notification email if they add a comment to the document.
You can now customize the receipt text in your templates depending on whether you have clicked off that recipients should receive a copy or not. In other words, you can create a customized receipt message for the recipients who will get a copy of the signed document and another customized receipt message for the recipients who will not get a copy of the signed document. Thus, Visma Addo will show the right receipt message to the right recipient.
Predefined recipients in templates
Now you can predefine recipients in templates. This can be effective if one person always is a part of the template you use. If one person always has to sign, for example employment contracts, you can now add this person to the template of employment contracts. The person will then always appear as signer when you are using this specific template.
Besides above-mentioned improvements we also have following news:
- NemID Private and NemID Private with Personal Identification Number are now merged into NemID Private (this applies to Danish users). This means that it is now optional for you as sender to add Personal Identification Number validation for signing the document. (Personal Identification Number validation is when the sender knows the recipient’s Personal Identification Number beforehand and fills out the information during the transmission process. Thereby, the Personal Identification Number gets validated by the NemID the recipient uses to sign the document)
- “Recipient of copy” can now be retrieved from the address book
