Verify your recipient with Personal Identification Number
With this month's update, it is easier for you to verify your recipient’s identity. Under login settings, NemID Private and NemID Private with Personal Identification number are now merged into NemID Private (this applies to Danish users). When the recipient logs in with NemID, the Personal Identification Number you have entered gets validated with the NemID the recipient logs in with. This ensures that it is the correct recipient that reads the document.
Download all documents at once
We have made it easier for you to archive the signed documents in your internal archive. You are now able to download all documents in one transaction at once instead of downloading them one by one. In the transaction overview, you simply click on the desired transaction and click on 'download documents' under 'details'.
Dynamic signature method
If you have a transaction which consists of multiple recipients who have to sign the document, you can differentiate how the recipients should sign the document. For example, if you have a contract where the HR department and the employee must sign the document, the HR can sign with Danish NemID and the employee can sign with touchscreen or mouse. You select the different signature method in your template under 'signing method'.
Documents attached to a template appear when creating a new transaction
If you made a template consisting of one or multiple documents, these will automatically appear under "Documents" when creating a new transaction using the specific template.
The max. size of all attached documents is raised to 3MB
Documents added to a template can now have a size of max. 3MB versus the previous 1MB. However, it is still important that you pay attention to the total size of your transaction as it may affect whether your recipient's mail client can subsequently receive the attached documents. We always recommend to keep the size of the attached documents as small as possible.
New PDF Converter for Addo Print
Addo Print will from now on use CutePDF as a conversion component instead of PDFCreator.
As an end user, you will not experience any changes other than there will be installed two applications on your PC, respectively, "Addo Print" (your new conversion component) and "Addo Printer".
Inform third party system when transaction changes status
If Visma Addo is integrated in your own system, you can now receive a notification by mail from Visma Addo's API each time a transaction changes status from, for example, “Created" to "Started".
