The signer can use serval signing methods for signing documents. Visma Addo supports all official digital signature forms in Scandinavia and our web-signature, which can be used worldwide.
When you send one or more documents for signing. You have to choose which signing method the signer has to use.
Depending on the chosen signing method, you and the signer have to fill in the necessary information. For example, the CPR-number of the signer when using Danish NemID.
Visma Addo supports several signing options. In this section, the different options are summarized and explained.
With touchscreen signature, the signer signs documents with their finger on a touchscreen. This method is best on a smartphone or tablet, but can also be used with the mouse on a desktop computer.
Ok for accept
A signer may approve a document with a simple "OK". This can be used in cases where it is not necessary that the signer signs the document, but the sender must have documentation that the signer has seen the document - as a minimum.
Danish NemID Private
Danish NemID Private is protected by a social security number (SSN). NemID Private is used when a person should legitimize their identity or sign on their own behalf. You need to know the signer's social security number to use this signing option.
Danish NemID Private (no SSN)
NemID Private without social security number can be used in the event that you as the sender, do not know the signer's social security number. The document can be sent for signature without entering a social security number. The signer still signs the document with their Danish NemID Private as usual.
NemID employee can be used when an employee must legitimize and sign documents on behalf of a company. A NemID employee signature allows employees to identify themselves on their company's behalf. It contains the employee's name, company name and the CVR number of the company. NemID employee signature is protected by a personal code.
Norwegian BankID is used when a person should legitimize their identity and sign on their own behalf. You need to know the signer's birth number to use this signing option.
Norwegian BankID Mobile
With Norwegian BankID Mobile the signer can sign documents via their smartphone. Norwegian BankID is used when a person should legitimize their identity and sign on their own behalf. You need to know the signers' birth number to use this signing option.
Swedish BankID is used when a person should legitimize their identity and sign on their own behalf.
