29.12.2023 09:50 - We have identified an issue in the system that causes a timeout during the upload of documents when a person attempts to send them for signature via Addo Sign. As a result, it is currently not possible to send anything for signature.
Additionally, we have observed that there is also a timeout when a person accesses the documents in the signing portal to sign them.
This challenge is of high priority, and we will follow up again at 12:00 or sooner if there is a significant update in this area.

What happens next:
Our support team has pinpointed the challenge, and the information has been relayed to our technical team, which will investigate the root cause of the error and subsequently resolve it.
There is currently no known workaround.
