Since we have changed the server environment to Cloud Factory, our IP address has also changed.
This means that you as a customer may experience some challenges. These challenges can be experienced respectively at:
- Digital post
- e-Boks
- Web service
- may occur elsewhere.
The challenges that can be experienced can be, among other things, that documents are not distributed, webhooks are not accepted or the like.
In order to solve these challenges, our IP address needs to be whitelisted for the service used.
