Update 09/10/2023 at 11:16 AM: In connection with the challenges with Digital Post, we have had to conduct some tests that may also affect distribution to e-Boks, which may therefore also fail. We are working hard to limit as much as possible. We hope to resolve this as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience as we troubleshoot.
09/10/2023 at 10:04 AM: Transactions to Digital Post have been failing since 4/10/2023. This includes both notifications and the distribution of documents. We are in communication with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and this is our top priority. We will provide updates on this page.
Workaround: If it is an option for you and it is urgent to get documents signed, please send them via email instead. If it involves sensitive personal data, you have the option to lock the identification to a CPR number when signing with MitID. You can do this by entering the CPR number in the CPR field when entering the signer's information.
