We have found a solution with our supplier and are back to normal operations. We will reactivate all the failed transactions as soon as possible, so everyone will be able to see the transactions as normal first thing tomorrow.

Workaround:
You can send to email and all other distribution methods again.

15:36: Error detected, and the issue has been escalated.
15:50: We have observed that the extent of the error is critical, and it has been escalated to the highest authority.
16:00: Error located - Our email provider is not sending emails to the recipients.
17:35: We are still working on fixing the error in cooperation with our supplier.
17:58: We are back to normal operation for email shipments and will reactivate the failed transactions as soon as possible.
