4/5/2023 at 16:00: The error has been fixed and Addo Sign is operational again. Should it be the case that the status of the transaction is "Distribution Failed" we recommend to reactivate the transaction. This will not affect the recipient, but simply continue the distribution process.

4/5/2023 at 13:30 It is estimated that Addo Sign will not be unavailable for a period of time until we overcome the challenges of transactions being stuck and not being distributed. However, we have become aware that the solution we wanted to implement in our production environment does not solve the challenges.
We are still working hard to solve these challenges.
As a workaround, some customers have been able to (Reactivate) a transaction to get it distributed correctly.

4/5/2023 at 11:00 - Our developers are still working on a fix. Invitation emails with links to the signing portal as well as the creation of new users also related to the current operational issues. As mentioned before, documents marked as "signed" will still be distributed automatically once the issue is resolved. This also applies to new mailings. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

3/5/2023 at 17:17 - The cause has been found and the development team is working towards resolving this as soon as possible. Don't worry though, no documents are lost and the items marked as "signed" will be sent automatically as usual once the issue is resolved.
3/5/2023 at 16:40 - We are currently experiencing that all transactions are stuck in the statuses "signed" or "distributing", and thus not reaching the status "completed". This means that the distribution process is not finalized and documents are not distributed after signing. We are working on a fix and thank you very much for your patience in the meantime.
